Ordering
Special Offer items usually ship within one week or less of your order, or as indicated by the specific offer.
For standard orders, please allow
2-4 weeks for fulfillment. Each banner is hand-crafted, and we strive to meet all deadlines. We will work with you to meet your delivery needs. Special or expedited production and handling can be arranged for an additional charge based on the deadlines to be met, and the shipping arrangements (see next page).
For
custom orders, please allow 3-6 weeks for fulfillment.
In all cases, 50% deposit is required to begin processing your order. The remainder will be due upon delivery. Shipping charges are an additional cost, and will vary based on the size and weight of the items. Orders under $25 need no prior deposit.

We now accept all major credit and debit cards
in addition to checks, money orders, and COD. When you have computed your deposit or total payment, follow the payment instructions, on the next page.
